3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
4. Refunds

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
